Tulips DelightCompleted by Marion Evans
What a lovely "Spring" card (wish it would come) - I mounted this sheet on a dark green base, built up the decoupage with foam pads & added the HB Sentiment.
I added a green butterfly at the top (with little green pearls on it) and a tad of glitter to the tulips for some bling.
