I printed this image onto a sheet of 130g smooth decoupage paper then cut it out,i took my card and mounted some blue glitter card to it,(i always use silicone when i want to stick things to glitter),mounted the main image onto the glitter,and built up the text and teddies,then added a little crystal glitter.
