Printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out the Elements, I used DST to stick the Topper onto a Lilac textured card. Used foam tape, to attach the Decoupage. Stuck a crystal in middle of Bow. Used Pearls and crystals down one side on the lace edging. A really nice design.
