The main topper was attached to a white pearl DL card, then the second layer was added using foam tape on the main part and pinflair glue on the flowers.

The remaining layers were then added using pinflair glue and glossy accents were added to the centre of the two flowers.

I finished off by using a glitter gel pen on the feathers of the peacock to highlight them.
