Licensed to Drive Girl Dl CardCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I stuck the Topper to a white DL card, and the Insert using DST. I then built up the Decoupage using foam Pads.

I decided to have some fun with this cute design and used scattered glitter, Gems on the bottom of the dress, and randomly on the front.

I put pink glitter on her headband and a Pink Gem as well. A great design and reminds me of when my Granddaughter got her licence.
