I made a large DL card aprox 24cm x 10cm. This was covered with green pearlescent paper and then I mounted the base design onto this.

I assembled the decoupage pieces using a combination of foam squares and silicone glue and then highlighted the red stripes on the H's, the swirls on the bottom bauble and the dots on the top one with Distress Stickles glitter glue (rock candy)The message was mounted at the top with foam squares.
