I printed sheet onto decoupage paper and stuck main topper to a blue DL card blank. I put Glossy Accents on to the butterflies, allowed to dry then cut out, shaped and stuck to the card (glue on the butterfly's body only).
I added gold border peel-offs and tiny flat pearls.
