Printed and cut out design pieces. Topper was secured to black card with DST and trimmed to leave a narrow border, before securing to front of pink base card.
Decoupage was added using foam pads and card completed with silver ribbon.
A 'cute' design which is quick and easy to make and suitable for lots of different occasions for children and adults alike.
