Before I printed this file I typed "Happy Birthday Alvar" on the black tag. I then printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. i then assembled the decoupage on to the card.

I printed this design on to 120gsm quality paper, then I laminated the sheet.
I then cut out the design base and put on the reverse DST. and added that to the card.
I then cut out the layering pieces and put foam tape on the back and added them to the card. I also put foam on to the tags and added that.
I also put a single brad and a double brad on for decoration.
