Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I used DST to attach the main Topper to a pearl cream coloured card. Used foam tape and foam pads to build up the Decoupage. I used Pearls on the flowers, Bow and Butterflies.

A very pretty design and beautiful when made up.
