Hey CupcakeCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i placed the main design base in the centre of a raspberry coloured C5 card to give a framed effect, i then added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish i built up the design, adding a pink bow bottom right, and the just for you sentiment, this is a lovely card for any little girl.
