First, I turned this (minus the sentiment I didn't want) into a print-and-cut file for my Silhouette machine.

I resized (reduced) the design slightly so it would fit nicely onto a 150x150 mm card base (which is a common size here for larger square cards).

I used ultra brilliant glossy photo paper from office depot to print it.

After printing, I checked the colors of the design against my stack of card bases and found a perfect match, I think!

I also printed extras of the poinsettia corners onto glossy sticker paper for the envelope.

I wondered whether to use two different thicknesses of 3D pads, but decided against it. Now the poinsettia corners are receding nicely to the back.

Then I thought about adding some glitter to the centre of the poinsettias. I checked the design and found that leaves are covering parts of one of the centres, so a rhinestone or a half bead wouldn't work. And I decided against messing about with glitter on a design that looks very cool and fresh as it is.
