I printed out sheet twice onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached first sheet to a white square card, cut out the cross, lilies and hands from second sheet and attached to first with foam pads and finished with a greetings tile.

I also added the smaller picture to the inside front of card and added a lovely matching insert verse(cup1437019_107). A lovely sympathy design.
