Red Hat StarsCompleted by Jane Wells

I printed this jolly card onto photo paper, cut out and layered using 3d sticky squares. I matted the design onto a white card and added stickles glitter to the rims of the hats. I decorated with little bells and gold star sequins, beads and liquid pearl to the cheeks.

A fun design for christmas!
