I printed this sheet twice on 120gsm Navigator paper. I cut out the first topper and used dst to attach to a 6 x 6 card blank and used the second topper for decoupage.

I used thin ds foam pads to layer the decoupage and finished by adding some gems to the card. This is a great design.
