Over the Top Vintage PoinsettiasCompleted by Valerie Spowart

I printed out design onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card cut to shape, with DST, added decoupage with foam pads, gold peel-offs round top of card, card candy to corners and finished with red glitter stickles to poinsettia.

A beautiful design.
