Mother and Child TopperCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this image onto a sheet of 130g smooth decoupage paper, then took an A5 card and covered it with a blue swirl baking paper, mounted the main image to the card ,and built up the scalloped layers at the bottom, added four silver corners and a silver border around the image and two lies of silver peel offs around the card and a little gold glitter around thier heads.i have forgotten to put the text plate on,it would have been placed at the bottom of the image.
