I enlarged the sentiment before I printed the sheet on matte card twice, wet glued the main picture onto a matching base card, cut away the floral back ground from the second picture and used the picture as decoupage using foam squares to add this and the sentiment.

I embossed two lines on the top of the base card then used mint glitter on these, sentiment, bow, ribbon, lace and on the outer edge of the decoupage added a gem on the flower and finished with Glossy Accents on the eye.
