Lovely Blue Baubles and SnowflakesCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I started with a blue hammered card base and added a white feather. I matted the base image onto silver mirror card and then onto blue holo card and added it to the card base with foam tape.

I decoupaged the baubles with foam pads & 3D glue gel.

I embellished with clear gems and Star Dust stickles.
