These are wonderful cards to use for belated somethings - 'Sorry I slept through your. . .' or for get well cards - 'Sorry to hear that you are under the weather', or you can used the included greetings.
For some very simple, quick ways of using this design please see cup640679_415 - another gnome but in purple.
I printed the design on matte photo paper twice for the first picture but I added cup640671_415 for the 2nd picture. For the first picture I layered the base to my card using foam before cutting the dragonfly and the gnome and his cup from the 2nd copy. I carefully cut only the cup (remove the white from within the handle) and around the outside of the gnome where he extended beyond the cup edges. I did not try to cut his feather as it is in the background already. I then added these 2 pieces to my base card.
For added dimension on the 2nd card I chose to print this design once and then use the decoupage set already created for me. I varied heights by using different thicknesses of foam between layers on the gnome and for the dragonfly and extra flowers. A fantastic extra option for this design.
