Printed onto Photo Paper. Cut out both Toppers. Using DST I attached the Green Topper to a red card. I put Gold edging around the Topper. I put some gold glitter in middle of bow.

The Blue one, I attached the main element onto a pale blue Matte just a little bigger than front. I then used DST to attach all to a white card. I used gold glitter on the chain. These are beautiful and easy to make.
