I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card.
I cut out the white area of the base design and placing it on the card I marked the centre and then attached the topper to the centre of the card using double sided tape.
I added the frame over the topper using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the centre of the flowers around the frame to enhance this gorgeous design.
