I printed onto Crafty Bobs matt paper, printing some of the poinsettia a second time to decoupage, and mounted the topper onto an 8x8 card blank.I used glue gel for the decoupage elements and finished by adding pearl sprays to the poinsettia and a small bow.An absolutely stunning design by Anne.
