Open Book Christmas - The Nativity 8x8Completed by Tracey Hutsby

I printed the sheet twice onto glossy photo paper and cut out. I took an ivory 8x8 card blank as my base card and matted using red mirri card. I cut out from my second sheet just the book and holly section and decoupaged using glue gel. I also added some gold corner peel offs to the book to make it look more authentic.

I embellished using small red gems to the holly wreath on the book and onto a sentiment.

I took a red tag from my stash and with the tag that comes on the sheet, adhered with dst, added a sentiment from my own stash and completed the tag with some gems.

A really beautiful design.
