Such a cute design. I cut out the scroll and placed onto a green card. I then added the decoupage layers with double sided foam. I then added some glitter.

I printed this on good quality matte double sided photo paper. I used lime green coloured card topped with bright yellow glitter card as the background, adhered with double sided tape, For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares.
Finished off with stickles glitter.
