Two versions of this, both mounted on Stampin' Up NIght of Navy card. I resized the whole thing by dropping two copies into a Word document.
Top version is assembled with a glue tape pen, and on an asymmetrical base - I happened to have an offcut in exactly that size, folded it, went to trim the excess, and stopped. If I had matching backing paper, I'd put that on the rear section.
Bottom version, I used foam pads.
