Printed the design onto photographic paper and cut out all the decoupage. I glittered the stars with blue glitter and the star's hat and shadow on the snowman with clear glitter.
I matted the design onto silver mirri board and attached to a white A5 card adding decoupage and a silver peel off as the sentiment.
