Snowman and Polar BearsCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A4 card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I added glitter to the snowman?s buttons and to the ribbons on the presents to enhance the lovely design. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
