I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to silver holographic card, then on to a card. Layered all elements. Added snowflakes and gems to embellish. A very cute design.

Printed onto inkjet canvas paper. Used a 8x8 dark blue card base. Before making up the design I used pva glue for a rough effect on the elements. Covered this with crystal Glamour dust then added with foam pads to the main design.
Put a white peel off down side of card. I will add wobble eyes as well when I find them in my stash. A great fun card
