I printed the sheet on matte photo card and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main topper onto a black mat and edged with peeloffs.I built up the decoupage with foam pads, I used glitter and gems to embelish the card.

With the gift tag I simply punched a hole and threaded a ribbon . I decorated with glitter.
