A delightful card to make that is easy to make up. A great card for Christmas. Matching insert also available. Lovely once done. Cut out smaller portions and attach to the main image using silicone or sticky pads.

I printed the sheet onto satin photo paper. I used black soot and broken China distress inks to colour the edges of a white card blank. Then attached the main picture the card blank with the balloon o er the edge. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
