Ice Skating Penguin with Christmas TreeCompleted by Valerie Spowart
I printed out sheet onto mattphotopaper, cut out elemenets and attached base to white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with highlights of star dust stickles to snowflakes, lights and hat.
A lovely cheerful card.
