Cute Penguin in Holly Wreath with Christmas LightsCompleted by Julie Hart

A cute card - looks good when finished.

Used matte photo paper and glued this onto white card. Made up all the decoupage and stuck it on with foam pads. Added my own greeting tag putting the flowers around it. Glitter blobs for the flower centres. Also glittered the Xmas lights and his hat.
