Cute Penguin in Hat and Scarf on a Tag with BowCompleted by Davina Rundle

I decided to make a tag with this design......

I printed on to lightweight card at half size. Layered all elements. Punched a hole through the ribbon and threaded with cord. Then added tiny gems to the penguin's scarf. A very cute design, can be used as a tag or as a card front.
