Christmas Penguin 8x8 Quick CardCompleted by Christine Sutton

Printed three times onto good quality photo paper, cut out and mounted onto an 8x8 white base card. I cut out elements from the spare copies and built layers up using foam pads. I applied crystal glitter to the scarf and finished with some silver snowflakes.

A fab design, easy to make and looks great when complete.
