I covered an A5 card with snowflake backing paper, printed this image out onto decoupage paper, mounted the main image to the card the cut the second image as a frame,and mounted this onto the first image,added the text,put on a gold glittery border,added yellow glitter onto the feet ,then put a multi colour glitter around the globe.
