These cards are SO easy to make! Just print onto good quality card, cut out the pieces, and score and fold the main card. Put glue, foam pads or Double Sided Tape onto the back of your toppers - making sure you don't get any on the part which is going to stick up above the top of the card!

It's also a good idea to have a C5 envelope nearby so that you can check your tall topper isn't going to be too tall to fit into the envelope. Once you're happy with the placement of your toppers just stick them down and that's the card made. I finished off my cards by adding one of the matching inserts.
