Little Puppy in Felt Stocking on a TagCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto 230gms Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements I built up the Decoupage using foam tape and pads. I used crystal 3D glitter glue on the hat and white parts of stocking,

Gold 3D glitter on the star and a red and white striped ribbon through the hole in the tag. A lovely design.
