Cute Polar Bear with Presents in a Gingham FrameCompleted by Valerie Spowart
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted hat and candy cane with star dust stickls, added gold card candy to corners and finished with gold ribbon down spine.
A beautiful design.
