I added to a matching base card and printed on matte card and reprinted the picture and cut away the outer edge and used foam squares to add as decoupage.

I added a thin gold ribbon down the side of the card, used gold glitter on the edges of the frame and sentiments, added gems on the corners and the sentiments then finished with Glossy Accents on the eye.
