I took an A5 card and to it i stuck the main picture,i then decoupaged up the doggie, added crysal glitter to his fur and booble on his hat, then i put some green glitter on the holly leaves, and red glitter on the berries, added my own text, and went down both sides of the card with clear silver dimond peeloffs.
