I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto a white stock card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a bow and a little snowflake...a gorgeous design.
With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a white C5 card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, and placing the Christmas sentiment below the owl, this is a beautiful design for Christmas, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
