I printed the sheet onto Crafty Bob's matte photo paper and mounted the topper onto an 8x8 scalloped card blank.For the decoupage elements i used 3d foam pads and embellished with some small co-ordinating bows and lots of clear crystals.A gorgeous contemporary design!
