Rocking Horse with Teddy and Gold Bow with StarsCompleted by Rosina Walker

I have printed this delightful image onto a sheet of decoupage paper, mounted the main image to a white scalloped 8x8 card, then decoupage up the bow and added the gold stars, then added gold and red glitter onto appropriate places on the image, with the small rocking horse i cut it out and will stick onto the back of the envelope that takes this card.
