Printed onto good quality photo paper, matted onto blue holographic card then mounted onto an 8x8 white base card. Layers were built up using foam pads and I added crystal glitter to the icicles. Finished with glossy accents to the bulbs. Gorgeous design and very easily made.

Looks wonderful when complete-love it.
