I printed design onto matte photo paper, put a gold backing on an A5 card blank. Used double sided foam tape and pads to layer the main design and elements. Peel off star border down the side, a couple of stars down the other side and stickles to finish it.
Makes a lovely quick card, I'm sure I'll be making more of them.
