Pink Cross Christening Decoupage CardCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed the file onto Crafty Bob's glossy paper and cut out the parts.

I decided to make this card as a First Communion card although it is classed as Christening. I attached the base image to a white C5 card blank with DST. I edged the image with a fine pink peel off border. I framed 2 corners with short lengths of white and gold border. I distressed the decoupage edges with gold ink. I attached the digital ribbon with thin foam and the labels with 2mm foam. The remaining decoupage I siliconed. I added 2 tiny gold peel off doves to the top and The Host and in alternate corners. I completed with 2 pretty pink and gold 3D die cut flowers to embellish the digital ribbon. I have added the "Congratulations on your special day" tag, but on seeing the finished card, I may print a name and the date here. This is a versatile design and can be adapted for a Christening or a First Communion.
