Copied to matte photo paper, cut out the center, the decoupage and the greetings plate. Used Jean Kings No.1 vintage backing paper which Jean kindly gave as a freebie, matted to blue card. I then matted the frame and birds to the paper. Used wet glue for that. Then I went on to build up the decoupage using d.s.foam pads.Added the greeting plate, four silver corners and blue and silver peel-off borders.

A fantastic design which is suitable for various occasions. As you can see, I have altered the way it is made up which has made a distinctive card. It lets a crafter use their imagination, that only happens if the design has the right elements.
