I printed the on to good quality white cardstock and applied a protective spray, which gave the card a slight sheen.

I cut out the elements, applied the decoupage with foam pads and attached the result on to white cardstock.

I applied small gold gems to each of the corner swirls. It is a fun card which should bring a smile to teachers of small children.

After printing onto 240 gram card i mounted on black backing paper ,decoupaged using sticky pads ,then attached silver elasticated bow with attached pencils.
