Attach picture shhet to a 15x15 card blank leaving a small border all the way round. Cut out all elements and assemble, attach to main sheet. Attach the sentiment badges adding a black gem at each end. Cut out bookmark and make a hole at the top.
Thread ribbon through and slide a bead onto the ends before tying.
